Terms and Conditions of Use and Personal Data Consent
Welcome to EUDR Platform Thailand. This system is designed to support users in complying with the European Union regulation on deforestation (EUDR – Regulation (EU) 2023/1115) in a correct, transparent, and verifiable manner.
Terms of Use
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- The system must not be used for illegal purposes or to cause harm.
- Users must keep their accounts and passwords secure.
- Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data
To comply with the requirements of the EUDR, the platform is required to collect, use, and disclose the following personal data:
- Personal information (full name, national ID/passport number, contact number, email)
- Cultivation/land area data
- Production and export data
- Related documents and certificates
Purpose of Data Use
- Risk assessment and verification of deforestation and legal compliance
- Preparation of Due Diligence Statement (DDS) and e-Certificate
- Sharing data with relevant domestic and international agencies
User Rights
- Right to access and correct personal data
- Right to request a copy of personal data (subject to legal conditions)
- Right to withdraw consent (however, system access will no longer be available)
